Lufgtag, the largest operator of Luf-Ihre trucking service, is planning to launch a truck that could carry up to 500 passengers and 300kg cargo, according to a report from Bloomberg.

The new truck would carry 1.8 tonnes of freight, and it will cost around €4,500.

The company will not disclose its exact plans yet, but it said that it is currently exploring the options for expanding its business, which currently employs about 1,800 people in Germany.

The Lufgatruck will be a version of Lubeck’s Lützaufer truck, which is a diesel-electric hybrid truck that was introduced in Germany in the 1980s.

The truck has an engine that can produce up to 180kW of power and has a top speed of 30km/h.
